We built the Growth Loop to run our own companies. Now we teach it — in rooms full of owners and operators who want a sharper view of where their growth is stuck and the conviction to do something about it.
Why we do this
Our education arm is part of how we execute our mission: every company can grow, and most are stuck somewhere they can't see. Teaching the system is the fastest way to help more operators find that blind spot — whether or not they ever work with us.
We built the Growth Loop because we needed a shared language for our own teams. Then our peers started asking for it. So we started teaching it, out loud, with real numbers and real decisions on the table.
Some workshops are free. Some are paid. Some run virtually, and some happen in person here in Salt Lake City. Every one of them sends you home with the same thing: a clearer read on your own growth loop, and a shorter list of what to do next.
